1) Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing our website, booking a session, purchasing a pack, or joining a membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2) Services
Heal & Rebuild provides recovery and wellness services, which may include (but are not limited to):
Traditional sauna
Steam room
Cold plunge / cold immersion
Magnesium spa / mineral immersion
Other recovery services offered from time to time (“Services”)
All Services are provided subject to availability, operational requirements, and safety considerations.
3) Not Medical Advice
Our Services are provided for general wellbeing and recovery support and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before using our Services if you have any medical condition, injury, or concern.
4) Eligibility and Safety Requirements
You must ensure you are physically and medically fit to participate in the Services.
4.1 You must not use Services if you:
Have been advised by a medical professional to avoid heat exposure, cold immersion, or sauna/steam environments
Have a serious cardiovascular condition (including uncontrolled high blood pressure), history of stroke, or fainting
Are pregnant (unless cleared in writing by a medical professional)
Have uncontrolled epilepsy or a condition that may cause loss of consciousness
Are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Have open wounds, infectious disease, or any condition that may pose a risk to others
Are otherwise unwell or symptomatic (including fever)
4.2 You agree to:
Follow all staff instructions, signage, and safety guidance
Use the facilities responsibly and respectfully
Stop immediately and notify staff if you feel unwell, dizzy, faint, or experience pain/discomfort beyond normal exertion
We reserve the right to refuse entry or discontinue a session if we believe participation may be unsafe.
5) Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that recovery modalities such as heat exposure, steam therapy, cold immersion, and mineral immersion carry inherent risks, including (but not limited to): dizziness, fainting, dehydration, changes in blood pressure, nausea, discomfort, or aggravation of existing conditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume these risks.
6) Liability and Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss (including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or reputational loss).
Our liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited (at our option) to re-supplying the Services or paying the cost of having the Services supplied again.
7) Bookings, Accounts, and Platform Terms (Vagaro)
Bookings, packs, memberships, and payments may be processed via the Booking Platform. By using the Booking Platform, you also agree to that platform’s terms, policies, and privacy practices.
Heal & Rebuild is not responsible for outages, errors, or processing issues caused by third-party platforms, to the extent permitted by law.
8) Pricing and Payments
Prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise.
We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect a booking already paid and confirmed.
You authorise us (and/or the Booking Platform) to charge payment methods for purchases you make.
9) Cancellations, Rescheduling, No-Shows
Your cancellation and rescheduling rules may vary by service type and will be displayed at the time of booking. Unless otherwise stated:
Cancellations/Reschedules: must be made at least [24] hours before the scheduled start time to avoid fees.
No-shows / Late arrivals: may be treated as a forfeited session and charged in full.
We may require a card on file. Packs and memberships may deduct a session for no-shows or late cancellations.
10) Refunds
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Change-of-mind refunds are not provided for completed sessions, used packs, or elapsed membership periods.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under ACL due to a major failure, contact us using the details on our website.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method where possible.
11) Packs and Session Credits
If you purchase a pack or session credits:
Packs are valid for [insert validity period e.g., 3 months / 6 months] unless stated otherwise at purchase.
Session credits are generally non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law.
Expired credits are forfeited unless we decide otherwise at our discretion.
12) Memberships
If you purchase a membership:
Membership terms, inclusions, weekly limits (if any), and pricing are described at the point of purchase.
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) unless otherwise stated.
You must ensure your payment method remains valid. Failed payments may suspend access until resolved.
12.1 Pauses and Cancellations
Membership pause/cancellation rules may vary and will be shown at purchase or in the Booking Platform.
If you cancel, access continues until the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
We may suspend or cancel memberships for misconduct, safety issues, or breach of these Terms.
13) Facility Rules and Conduct
You must:
Treat staff and other guests with respect
Use facilities hygienically and follow all posted rules
Not bring glass, prohibited substances, or unsafe items into wet areas
Not film or photograph other guests without explicit permission
Comply with any reasonable direction from staff
We may refuse entry or remove you without refund if you breach conduct rules or create a safety risk.
14) Personal Property
You are responsible for your personal belongings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heal & Rebuild is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
15) Health & Hygiene
For the health of all guests, you agree to:
Shower where required
Use towels as directed
Not attend when unwell or contagious
Disclose relevant health conditions if asked (for safety)
We may temporarily close areas for cleaning, maintenance, or safety inspections.
16) Intellectual Property
All content on our website (text, branding, logos, imagery, design) is owned by or licensed to Heal & Rebuild and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
17) Website Use
You agree not to:
Interfere with website operation
Attempt unauthorised access
Upload malicious code
Use the website in any unlawful manner
We may suspend or block access if misuse is detected.
18) Privacy
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy (available on our website). Bookings processed via third-party platforms are also subject to those providers’ privacy practices.
19) Changes to Services or Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
