One guided sequence

The Recovery Circuit

The Recovery Circuit is a single, guided sequence. Heat, contrast, and restore, designed to help your body open up, reset with intention, and settle into a calmer, more restorative state. Follow the phases in order; together they form one continuous flow, not a menu of separate experiences.

Phase 1 of 3

Heat

Sauna & steam room

Begin with dry and humid heat to gently elevate circulation, soften tension, and prepare your system for what follows. This phase opens the body—creating the conditions for deeper, more responsive recovery.

Phase 2 of 3

Contrast

Cold plunge / ice bath

Move into cold immersion to sharpen awareness, stimulate circulation, and invite a clear physiological shift. Contrast supports a more intentional reset between heat and final rest—not endurance for its own sake.

Phase 3 of 3

Restore

Magnesium spa

Finish in the magnesium spa to slow the breath, ease the nervous system, and close the circuit with quiet restoration. This last phase lets your body integrate the work of heat and contrast in a soft, settling environment.

Common Questions

Do I need a membership to book?

No. You can book a single session without a membership. If you find yourself coming back regularly, our membership option offers better value per session.

Is the experience private or shared with others?

Our facilities are shared, with a maximum of 7 people per session — keeping the space calm, quiet, and comfortable for everyone.

How long does a session take?

Each session runs for 50 minutes. You'll move through the three phases of the Recovery Circuit — Heat, Contrast, and Restore — at a comfortable pace, with each phase designed to flow naturally into the next.

Is this beginner-friendly?

Yes. The Recovery Circuit is structured and guided, so you always know what comes next. You can start with shorter exposures in each phase and build up over time.
